Precautions ongoing

In common with many authorities around the world, the Swiss federation and it’s cantons are attempting to introduce measures only as and when they are really necessary in order to manage and slow the progress of the virus.

  • 5 days ago – a ban on public events with more than 1,000 people together in the same place was introduced. Currently this will last until at least 15 March.
  • Yesterday the Swiss Football League announced that it is postponing all its matches until at least 23 March.
  • Today Zürich has issued a health guideline recommending that clubs should cancel all party events.
